- Home Assistant examples
- Not trying to convince you here, just saying that there’s more to Home Assistant than just the smart devices you think you have. I wasn’t expecting the PlayStations or my Router to be exposed, or my Printer for that matter (it just gives me ink levels but it’s there). Before I got HA on my Pi I was doing a lot of stuff with Smart Life, Google, IFTTT and Tasker, but it’s just easier with a dedicated Pi doing it all for me.
- Home Assistant and Tuya
- To use them with Home Assistant using your Tuya hub the best way is to still go through the tuya servers:
- Openhab
- It’s similar to Home Assistant, which is more popular and better documented.
- Zigbee Home Automation
- ZHA is Home Assistant’s default integration for managing ZigBee devices. It allows you to connect and control Zigbee devices such as lights, sensors, and switches directly within Home Assistant.
- hubitat

- smart Miele
- There are integrations for Amazon Alexa, Loxone, [ABB]
