Dark mode
- reduces blue light, improving sleep.
- can reduce glare & eye strain
- improves concentration
- might reduce energy use, improving battery life. e.g. on OLED displays.
reduce screen brightness is another method. combined with dark mode, I find my eyes a lot less strained.
But don’t forget to take breaks too.
