Gallup survey
The goal is to start a conversation between managers and each of their employees. This survey allows employees to communicate their needs, so managers know what to work on.
The gallup survey contains 12 yes/no questions:
- At work, I know what’s expected of me.
- I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right.
- At work, I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day.
- In the last seven days, I’ve received recognition or praise for doing good work.
- At work, someone cares about me as a person.
- At work, there’s someone who encourages my development.
- At work, my opinions count.
- The mission or purpose of my company makes me feel my job is important.
- My associates or fellow employees are committed to doing quality work.
- At work, I have a best friend .
- At work, someone talked to me about my progress in the last six months.
- At work, last year I had opportunities to learn and grow.
