Gallup survey

The goal is to start a conversation between managers and each of their employees. This survey allows employees to communicate their needs, so managers know what to work on.

The gallup survey contains 12 yes/no questions:

  1. At work, I know what’s expected of me.
  2. I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right.
  3. At work, I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day.
  4. In the last seven days, I’ve received recognition or praise for doing good work.
  5. At work, someone cares about me as a person.
  6. At work, there’s someone who encourages my development.
  7. At work, my opinions count.
  8. The mission or purpose of my company makes me feel my job is important.
  9. My associates or fellow employees are committed to doing quality work.
  10. At work, I have a best friend .
  11. At work, someone talked to me about my progress in the last six months.
  12. At work, last year I had opportunities to learn and grow.
