Gamma glutamyltransferase

Gamma GT (Gamma Glutamyltransferase), is an enzyme produced by
the liver. It is raised in conditions of the liver and bile duct. It can be
used in conjunction with ALP to distinguish between bone and liver
disease. Gamma GT is also used to diagnose long term alcohol abuse.
