pin BAT to start

by default you can’t pin a BAT file to the Windows task bar
A workaround

create a shortcut
right click > open properties
change target from c:/path/to/my.bat
to cmd /c "c:/path/to/my.bat"
now you can right click the shortcut & pin to start, or pin it to the start bar
